Alright guys, here it is, what you've been waiting for. This is the say all end all of seat installation.
ok, what you need
-integra seats
-integra rails
-and of course, tools
I got mine out of a 93 teg. i guess these are the best ones to use since i didnt have mush trouble. These are also much nicer than the 90-91 because they have the adjustments on them for support 
Anyway, heres the technical crap.
The rail on outside of the integra seats(one towards the doors)must be exchanged with the civic one. There are 3 (2 rear, 1 front) bolts holding each of these rails on. Once the rails are removed, take the civic rail and match up the 2 rear bolts to the integra seat. The bolts will match up exactly, you want to bolt these 2 down awhile. The one bolt on the front will not match up exactly. You will need to drill a hole through the seat base and tap it for a bolt. I didnt do this and my seats are just fine. The 2 rear bolts seem to keep the seat held up ok. So this one is your call, i didnt do it b/c i didnt feel like drilling it out and taping it. on to the next step.
The inside rail(towards the ebrake)stays on the teg seat. DO NOT REMOVE IT! If you look closely, the honda seat is set up a little differently from the teg seat and would not work out if you removed this, I tried it and failed, so dont go removing that one.
I removed all of that power stuff, like the lap belt and the wiring under the seat, it takes up too mush space and will not fit in the car. On the inside rail(teg one) there will be 2 large bolts sticking out. I forget what they were holding on, but they will be sticking out there. They do not interfere with anything, they are just short enough! I dont care about the appearance they make, u guys might, so you could probably saw them off with a reciprocating saw if you wanted before you put them in. moving onward!
At this point you want to put the seat in the car and line it up. The honda rail should match up correctly, the teg rail, unfortunately will not. So, look at where the teg seat sits. You don?t want to drill into the body of the car, so eye up the front part of the teg rail and put a little mark on the rail where you think it will match up with the hole in the body of the car. Now you want to pull the seat out and drill a hole trough that rail where you made the mark. WARNING! This steel is tough, real tough! Make sure you don?t push down too hard when drilling or you?ll snap a drill bit, I managed to do this. Also, start with a small bit and work your way up to a large one, The steel is too hard to just start with a big bit, so work your way up. Its tough, but you can do it!
Now your are probably saying, ?is this guy crazy? That last mount on the intgera rail is flat, what the hell does he think he is trying to pull here?
Be assured that if you think the swap has gone easy so far, this is the hardest part.
Heres the deal, yes, it is flat and will not bolt up, you have to either let it go or custom make a bracket to fit it. I let mine go for a week or 2 until my dad brought home a piece of aluminum from work. I forget what hardness it was, but you?ll want a fairly hard steel or aluminum for a bracket. I took measurements of what I thought looked right, and with some trial and error, cut out 2 brackets that fit right in there and bolt up. Yes, they do have to be angled to work, that just took a little persuasion from my hammer.
Well, I think I said just about everything you need to know, oh yeah, give the seats a good scrubbing with some fabric cleaner before they go in and maybe a little febreeze. If I have failed to mention something of importance or something that isnt important, let me know, and I, the ?teg seat god(me)?, will help you! I also noticed that both og you guys are located relatively close to me, I?m here in amish country, lancaster. So if your ever in the area or just feel like seeing em, I?d be glad to show em to you, or even help you with an install! That?s all from this end?

Hey Eric, i live almost right below you(about an hour) in strasburg. I had talked to you at the last sport compact show at maple grove when you and Jason were there. I had pointed out my car, a white 4 door with 17s. And i ran off before you had a chance to take some pics of my car. Maybe that'll trigger your memory. I should have tried to find you to take those pics of my car, cause now it looks like crap.
